A video I made about my time at Camp :)
EF Language and Culture Camp
EF Language and Culture Camp
Bryant University
This page is to tell you in more detail about Bryant University, with some lovely touristy photos.
I had an amazing time at Bryant University and I would definitely recommend going to Language and Culture camp if you're going on an exchange with EF. You make some amazing friends, all of whom are so friendly because they're going through exactly what you're going through. It's so much fun to discuss your families and expectations with them. You get to talk about the stuff you've been so excited about but at home you can't talk about with your friends back at home cause they get sad about your departure and then a little jealous. You learn some interesting things about America with the classes and go on exciting excursions.
I wouldn't trade my experience at Language and Culture Camp for the world.
Update: If you're contemplating going on to EF's language and culture camp you've probably gotten the hint that I would say go for it. Not only do you meet amazing people, learn about America, go on great trips but it's a great way to get over jet lag quickly and really immerse yourself into the experience. As I've said leaving is so hard and so sad, but it's definitely worth the experience. For me I paid around $1500 for the trip which included flights, accommodation and food and stuff. It was cheaper for me because I wasn't there as long as non-english speaking students. But even before I had left New Zealand, through the website bryantcamp.com, I had "met" my room-mates and talked to one of them on Facebook. It was so cool. Even if she did tell me about all the stuff I was missing out on!

The People ♥
Everyone at Bryant Camp was so amazing.
I made a heap of friends from all over the world and it was very sad to leave them at the end of camp. But the best thing about leaving was knowing that I now have contacts all over the world that I'll be able to visit later on in life.
Update: Now that I've been home for a while, I didn't really think that I'd still keep in contact with people that I met from camp cause in reality I'd only known them for just over a week. But again my expectations were deceived. Some of my closest friends are from camp. I might not see them, and we might not talk that much but I was so lucky to meet such wonderful and supportive people.
